The company founder
Gerald Anschütz was born in 1965 and completed a degree in Economics and Organisation science, specialising in Industrial Management and Operations Research. He began his career within the Ministry of Defence, holding various management and staff posts in the areas of Training and Development of management and trainee management staff. He then spent 12 years as management and senior consultant in one of Europe's largest business and human resources consultancies. Before he founded his own business consultancy, he worked as a partner with a leading German management and human resources consultancy.
The focus of his work is human resources consultancy for functions of key positions at management and top specialisation level. Here he has gained a particular wealth of experience in tasks and profiles with a technical or scientific background.
On top of that, he advises companies in evaluation of management and specialist personnel and in Performance Improvement, especially of sales organisations. He works mainly in the sectors of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, logistics, life science/medical technology, renewable energy and information technology. The companies he advises are frequently organisations which operate throughout Germany and also internationally.
